Rising to New Heights...
The Appalachian Fund
Engaging qualified students in a rich, academically challenging community has been the primary mission of Appalachian for the past 107 years. The Appalachian Fund provides essential operating support for the university through the collective support of alumni, parents, friends, students, faculty, and staff. With the help our Appalachian Family, the university can ensure that our students are afforded opportunities for scholarship and personal growth that are not covered by tuition and fees alone.
Why support the Appalachian Fund?
This year the Appalachian Fund is striving to raise $700,000 in support of:
- All Four Colleges and the School of Music
- Graduate Programs
- Faculty and Professional Development
- Innovative Academic Programs
- Scholarships
- Student Groups and Organizations
